Maintenance group

The Maintenance group are responsible for the management of the co-op's repairs to our properties. They work closely with the worker, who manages most of the repair works, but the Maintenance group members are also able to order repairs, check them, and authorise payment to contractors. The group maintain lists of approved contractors, plan and budget for non-urgent works and check expenditure against budget.
