Worker's Support group

The Co-op worker provides administrational support and is based in an office at William Blake House.

The Co-op worker aims to:

• Support the Co-op with financial administration and rent issues

• Oversee Co-op maintenance activity.

• Provide support on lettings and tenancies.

• Deal with the Co-op’s general administration.

• Support effective communication within the Co-op and act as a central point of contact.

The Co-op worker reports to and is supported by the Worker’s Support Group formed of two members from Southbank and 2 members from ABC. The group meet with the worker on a monthly basis to provide supervision and support.
