In addition to the administration done by the Co-op Worker, some of the general administration of the Co-op is done by the Secretarial Group, which organises the General Meetings by:

• sending out agendas and reminders for meetings

• co-ordinating chairing of meetings

• taking minutes, typing them up and maintaining an archive of previous minutes, bringing the last 6 months' minutes to meetings.

The group is also responsible for maintaining the Co-op website.
