Rent group
The Rent group works alongside the Co-op’s Worker who prepares a detailed report of the rent paid by Co-op members each month. The rent group’s role is to follow up non-payment of rent and arrears.
The group makes contact with members (phone calls, letters and personal visits) to discuss the best way for members to bring their payments up to date.
